Tip of the Day


High-fructose corn syrup isn't the only thing in sodas that's bad for your health: The phosphoric acid is, in some ways, even worse: It's acidifies your blood, causing your bones to literally disintegrate slowly (while creating kidney stones at the same time). You'd have to drink gallons of green veggie juice to neutralize the acidity from just one can of soda.
